How do the inhabitants representes their territories to themselves ? And how do we get the word of the inhabitants back to elected offi-cials during the construction of the Local Inter-municipal Urban Plan? This mode of action research aims to create participatory creative methods that can eventually be transmitted to municipal agents and residents for them to take advantage of.
